French Bilingual Account Manager (Remote, UK)

About the role

Turnitin is looking for a French‑bilingual Account Manager to join its remote‑first team in the UK. You will combine new‑business hunting with high‑touch account expansion across K‑12, higher‑education and assessment markets, helping institutions protect academic integrity through innovative technology.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and close new business opportunities in the education sector.
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation, maintaining disciplined pipeline management and accurate forecasting.
• Build and nurture relationships with stakeholders at all levels, from teachers to district executives.
• Deliver consultative, tailored solutions that address customer challenges.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing and internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience and relay market feedback.
• Leverage CRM data, usage analytics and market intelligence to prioritize high‑impact opportunities.
• Represent Turnitin at presentations, product demos, pitches and industry events.
• Maintain detailed sales activity, pipeline and forecast records in Salesforce.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B sales or account management, preferably within education or SaaS.
• Fluent in French and English, with strong communication skills.
• Self‑motivated “hunter‑gatherer” who thrives on both acquiring new logos and expanding existing accounts.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating cross‑functionally.
