French Bilingual Account Manager – Remote (UK)

About the role

Turnitin is seeking a French‑bilingual Account Manager to work remotely from the UK. You will combine new‑business hunting with high‑touch account expansion across K‑12, higher‑education and assessment markets, helping institutions protect academic integrity through our technology suite.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and close new opportunities in education and assessment sectors.
• Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to negotiation, forecasting and closing.
• Build and nurture relationships with teachers, administrators and executive stakeholders.
• Deliver consultative, tailored solutions that address customer challenges.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing and internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Use CRM data, usage analytics and market intelligence to prioritize high‑impact opportunities.
• Represent Turnitin at presentations, demos, pitches and industry events.
• Maintain accurate sales activity, pipeline and forecast records in Salesforce.

• Excellent communication skills in French and English.
