French Customer & Sales Support Executive

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual French‑speaking professional to join a market‑leading company as a Customer & Sales Support Executive. You will use your English and French language abilities to deliver high‑quality service and help maximise sales opportunities through inbound and outbound communications.

Key responsibilities

• Handle a variety of inbound calls, including order processing, problem identification and resolution.
• Record, track and manage all customer interactions within the CRM system.
• Support Key Account Managers in achieving annual sales targets.
• Identify and maximise up‑sell opportunities during calls and make outbound calls (no cold calling).
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure optimal outcomes for customer orders and requests.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a customer service or sales support role.
• Fluent in both English and French.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong team‑player attitude.
