French Customer Service Representative

About the role

The Pilot Group is looking for a French‑speaking Customer Service Representative to join its Manchester head‑office. Working within the Customer Service team and alongside Account Managers, you will support the sales process from order entry through to delivery, acting as the primary point of contact for both customers and suppliers.

Key responsibilities

• Process orders and manage all related administration once a sale is confirmed.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers, vendors, the internal warehouse and Account Managers to ensure timely delivery and clear expectations.
• Maintain accurate records, price lists, quotes and manage diaries for Account Managers.
• Provide professional sales support and resolve any issues that arise during the order fulfilment cycle.

Required profile

• Business‑level proficiency in French.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including telephone etiquette.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Previous experience in a customer service or sales support role.

Required skills

• Excel and data‑manipulation abilities.
