French E‑commerce Executive

About the role

Diamonds Factory, a leading luxury jewellery brand, is seeking a bilingual French‑English professional to manage and optimise its French e‑commerce site. Reporting to the Global Ecommerce Manager, you will work across digital, marketing and merchandising teams to deliver a seamless online experience for French‑speaking customers.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update the French website, including product listings, promotions and content.
• Translate and localise copy, product descriptions and marketing assets into fluent French.
• Ensure pricing, product data and promotional messaging are accurate.
• Support seasonal campaigns, product launches and daily trading activity.
• Monitor performance using GA4, Hotjar and other analytics tools.
• Provide insights to improve conversion rates and customer experience.
• Assist with SEO, CRM, email marketing and paid‑media initiatives for the French market.
• Research competitors and emerging e‑commerce trends.

Required profile

• Bilingual French and English with strong written communication skills.
• Experience managing e‑commerce platforms and online customer journeys.
• Commercial mindset combined with creativity.
• Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
