French speaking Business Development Advisor

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Business Development Advisor to join a leading banking and finance group in the City of London. Reporting to the Head of Business Development, you will help French client companies expand their activities into the UK and Ireland by driving market research, lead generation and strategic advice.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market studies and in‑depth surveys for French client firms.
• Analyse competitors and help shape development strategies.
• Organise marketing and business development activities across the UK on behalf of the group.
• Meet with French business clients to promote services and advise on growth strategies.

Required profile

• Native‑level fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in market research or related commercial roles.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, ownership‑driven attitude.
• Interest in building a career in corporate business development; knowledge of the UK and French banking sectors is a plus.
