French Speaking Business Development Associate – Private Equity

About the role

Third Bridge Group is seeking a French‑speaking Business Development Associate to drive growth within its Private Equity client portfolio. You will work closely with clients across the UK and EU, helping them adopt and maximise the value of Third Bridge’s expert network, content, surveys and advisory services.

Key responsibilities

• Grow revenue and product usage by monitoring client activity and proactively engaging new or inactive users.
• Introduce all Third Bridge products and services to new client users to ensure rapid adoption.
• Partner with Client Services and Account Managers to align engagement strategies with renewal and growth objectives.
• Identify cross‑sell and expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
• Support the new client acquisition team with stakeholder onboarding.
• Communicate the value proposition to end users, key stakeholders and decision‑makers throughout the client lifecycle.
• Build and maintain relationships with client users to drive utilisation, satisfaction and retention.

Required profile

• Fluent in French with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience or strong interest in Private Equity and business development.
• Ability to understand client business priorities and propose relevant solutions.
• Proactive, client‑focused mindset with a commercial orientation.
