French-speaking Customer Service Advisor (Temporary to Permanent)

About the role

We are seeking a French‑speaking Customer Service Advisor to join a prestigious global luxury fashion brand in Bletchley. The role starts on a temporary basis with the prospect of a permanent contract, offering the chance to represent a world‑class label and deliver exceptional service to French‑ and English‑speaking customers.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls, emails and live‑chat enquiries from customers placing orders or seeking product information.
• Provide expert guidance on products, promotions, exclusive offers and seasonal campaigns.
• Manage enquiries related to deliveries, returns, exchanges, cancellations and order tracking.
• Resolve customer concerns with a solutions‑focused, empathetic approach.
• Build rapport and ensure each interaction reflects the premium standards of the brand.

Required profile

• Fluent in French and English to mother‑tongue standard (written and spoken).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Calm, professional and proactive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Passionate about delivering high‑quality customer service.
• Previous customer‑service experience is advantageous but not essential.

Required skills

• Proficiency in handling multi‑channel customer interactions (phone, email, live chat).

What we offer

• Hourly rate of £15.14 during the temporary period, progressing to an annual salary of £30,900 on a permanent contract.
• Full‑time office‑based role with shift options (8 am‑5 pm or 9 am‑6 pm) including every other weekend.
