French Speaking IT Trainer

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking IT Trainer to deliver engaging instructor‑led and virtual training across our London, Paris and Hong Kong offices. You will help lawyers and business professionals adopt new digital tools and maximise the value of the firm’s technology portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary technology training contact for multiple offices, supporting global initiatives.
• Deliver classroom, virtual and one‑to‑one training sessions for legal and business users.
• Collaborate with global training teams and business stakeholders on system roll‑outs and adoption.
• Create and maintain user guides, videos, FAQs, e‑learning modules and other learning resources.
• Prepare and distribute training communications and manage learning records in the LMS.
• Respond to training requests, provide user support, and gather feedback to monitor effectiveness.
• Support user acceptance testing and other technology implementation activities.

Required profile

• 4+ years of IT training experience, preferably in a professional services or law‑firm environment.
• Fluent verbal and written communication in both English and French.
• Confident presenter with experience delivering classroom, virtual and one‑to‑one sessions.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience using document‑management systems such as NetDocuments.
• Familiarity with e‑learning authoring tools (Articulate, Camtasia, Adobe Captivate) is advantageous.
