French Speaking Key Account Manager

About the role

We are seeking a fluent French‑speaking sales professional to lead and grow our business across France. Based in Central London, you will own the French territory, build strategic distributor partnerships and drive revenue for a global company operating in more than 40 countries.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the growth strategy for the French market.
• Identify, approach and secure new distributor partnerships.
• Manage and expand relationships with existing distributors to maximise performance.
• Deliver monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Support distributors with business development initiatives and growth plans.
• Conduct regular meetings with distributors and prospective partners.
• Monitor account performance and implement improvement plans as needed.
• Gain deep understanding of French market dynamics and customer expectations.
• Collaborate with the wider sales team to share insights and best practices.
• Represent the business at meetings, events and customer visits across France.

Required profile

• Fluent French speaker with a strong sales background.
• Ambitious, commercially driven and motivated by targets.
• Proven experience in account management, distributor development or business development.
• Ability to build trusted relationships and work autonomously.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Salary up to £50,000 per annum.
• Company car or car allowance.
• Full‑time permanent role, Monday‑Friday 7:30 am – 5:00 pm.
