French Speaking Logistics Coordinator – Supply Chain & International Shipping

About the role

We are seeking a French‑speaking Logistics Coordinator to oversee both domestic and international shipments for a well‑established B2B logistics provider. You will act as the primary liaison between French‑ and English‑speaking clients, freight partners and internal teams, ensuring smooth end‑to‑end delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate UK and overseas shipments from booking to final delivery.
• Liaise with carriers, warehouses, suppliers and customers to optimise logistics flow.
• Track shipments, resolve delays, transport issues and exceptions.
• Prepare and manage customs paperwork, export/import documentation and shipping records.
• Maintain accurate inventory and logistics data in internal systems.
• Monitor KPIs, transport costs and propose process improvements.
• Build and sustain relationships with logistics providers and freight partners.
• Investigate and resolve customer enquiries, discrepancies and claims.
• Collaborate with customer service, warehouse and commercial teams to meet operational priorities.

Required profile

• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Proven experience in logistics, supply chain, freight forwarding or transport coordination.
• Strong organisational, time‑management and stakeholder‑communication abilities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and meet deadlines.
