French Speaking Travel Operations Executive

About the role

We are seeking a French‑speaking Travel Operations Executive to join our North London team. The role combines customer‑focused service with the planning and execution of group travel itineraries across the UK and Ireland.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to clients and prospective groups travelling throughout the UK & Ireland.
• Organise group trips according to client specifications and prepare accurate quotations.
• Reserve suitable services at competitive rates and negotiate supplier contracts.
• Handle inbound communications, respond to queries promptly and work with internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of holiday group requirements, offers and UK tourism products.
• Attend familiarisation trips, trade fairs and meetings as required.

Required profile

• Excellent command of English and full fluency in French.
• Proven experience with tour operators or similar service providers.
• Good knowledge of the UK as a destination and its tourism products.
• Positive, problem‑solving attitude with strong communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• IT literate – comfortable using standard office software and travel‑booking systems.
