About the role

A French family in Holland Park, London is looking for an experienced French‑speaking nanny/governess to join their household and support the rota nanny in caring for 17‑month‑old twins. This live‑out, full‑time position offers a flexible start in May 2026.

Key responsibilities

• Provide daily care for the twins, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment.
• Plan and lead developmentally appropriate activities that promote cognitive, motor, and language growth.
• Maintain a structured routine while collaborating with the rota nanny and other household staff.
• Offer occasional flexibility for weekend duties and international travel as required.

Required profile

• Fluent French with a good command of English.
• Based in London, ideally within a 45‑50 minute commute to Holland Park.
• Legal right to work in the UK (British passport or Settled Status).
• Proven experience with very young children, preferably in a nursery or Montessori setting.
• Warm, dynamic, discreet, and able to work well in a team.
• Stable employment history and excellent references.
