French‑Speaking Sales Development Representative (SDR) – London

About the role

Hiya is looking for a French‑speaking Sales Development Representative to lead outbound prospecting in the French market from our London office. You will be the first point of contact for potential customers, introducing our AI‑driven voice‑trust solution and helping to rebuild confidence in phone communications.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and research target accounts across the French market using intent data and engagement signals.
• Execute 50+ daily touchpoints (calls, emails, LinkedIn) to generate qualified Stage 1 opportunities.
• Conduct discovery conversations that link business pain points (spam labeling, low answer rates, brand reputation) to Hiya’s technology.
• Collaborate with Account Executives on territory planning and ensure smooth hand‑off of qualified leads.
• Maintain accurate Salesforce records, follow MQL processes, and contribute to pipeline forecasting.
• Provide market insights and test new messaging to shape Hiya’s presence in France.

Required profile

• Native or fluent French and English.
• Proven outbound prospecting experience in SaaS or B2B tech.
• Strong cold‑calling skills and comfort handling objections.
• Ability to run structured discovery conversations and meet targets.
• Resilient, coachable, and self‑motivated.
• Willingness to work from the London office three days a week.
