French‑Speaking Strategy Consultant – London

About the role

We are seeking a French‑speaking Strategy Consultant to join a leading consultancy in London. The role involves delivering high‑impact strategic transformation projects for global organisations across sectors such as manufacturing, pharmaceuticals and elite sport.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end project delivery, from analysis through implementation.
• Lead and mentor project teams of up to three consultants.
• Conduct structured research and analysis to produce evidence‑based recommendations.
• Build trusted client relationships and identify further collaboration opportunities.
• Facilitate workshops and present strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
• Manage multiple workstreams in fast‑paced environments.
• Contribute to the development of consulting methodologies, technology and AI‑enabled solutions.

Required profile

• Fluency in English and French.
• 3+ years of experience in a top‑tier strategy consultancy or in‑house strategy function.
• Master’s degree from a leading university (MBA or similar postgraduate qualification is a plus).
• Proven track record of delivering high‑quality strategic work and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and quantitative abilities.
• Experience leading teams and developing junior colleagues.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in innovation, Lean methods, MVPs and experimentation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally as required.
