Front-End Developer – London (Hybrid)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Front‑End Developer to join a leading regulatory organisation’s digital team in London. You will create accessible, responsive web and mobile applications using modern technologies while collaborating with technical leads, back‑end developers, UX specialists and business stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, enhance and maintain modern front‑end web and mobile applications.
• Build responsive, accessible, user‑focused interfaces using Angular, TypeScript, HTML5 and CSS.
• Collaborate with back‑end developers to deliver high‑quality client‑server solutions.
• Translate business requirements into robust technical implementations.
• Write clean, maintainable, reusable code following best practices.
• Contribute to architecture, coding standards and front‑end frameworks.
• Participate in design discussions, code reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
• Work with stakeholders to understand requirements and provide accurate estimates.

Required profile

• Commercial experience developing responsive web applications with Angular 18+ and TypeScript.
• Strong understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles.
• Experience consuming RESTful and Web APIs.
• Proficiency with Git and source‑control workflows.
• Knowledge of front‑end build tools such as Gulp and Webpack.
• Familiarity with WCAG accessibility standards and testing.
• Excellent communication skills for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
