About the role

Join a prestigious City law firm as a Front of House Assistant, providing a warm and professional first impression for clients and colleagues. You will be part of the Food & Beverage team, delivering high‑quality coffee, drinks and light refreshments in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a range of hot and cold drinks to an exceptional standard.
• Deliver a courteous, attentive and professional customer experience at all times.
• Assist with the service of food and refreshments for clients and staff.
• Maintain the highest standards of presentation, food safety and hygiene.
• Keep coffee machines, counters and service areas clean, organised and fully stocked.
• Operate equipment safely and report any faults or maintenance issues promptly.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless day‑to‑day operations.
