About the role
We are seeking a friendly and professional Front of House Host to join a busy, welcoming environment on a temporary basis. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys direct interaction with visitors and wants to be the face of a brand.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors and guests with a positive attitude.
- Offer refreshments and ensure a high standard of presentation throughout the reception area.
- Manage the reception desk, direct enquiries and maintain an organized environment.
- Support the wider team by handling routine administrative tasks.
Required profile
- Well‑presented, professional and reliable.
- Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
- Confident, approachable and proactive in asking questions.
- Previous experience in front‑of‑house, hospitality or retail settings.
