About the role

The Front of House Manager at Elworth Grange Care Home is the first point of contact for residents, families and visitors. You will oversee daily front‑of‑house operations, ensuring a welcoming environment while supporting the administrative needs of the home.

Key responsibilities

• Manage rotas, timesheets and attendance records for front‑of‑house staff.
• Welcome new residents and guide them through the admission process.
• Maintain accurate records and handle enquiries from families, healthcare professionals and external partners.
• Coordinate with care teams to ensure seamless resident experiences.
• Promote the home’s services and contribute to business development initiatives.

• Strong customer‑service orientation and empathy for residents and relatives.
