Front of House Member (Part‑Time)

About the role
We are seeking a friendly and professional Front of House Member to join our hospitality team on the Isle of Sheppey. This part‑time, temporary position offers 20 hours per week during the summer, with the possibility of becoming permanent.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome visitors and act as the first point of contact for enquiries.
- Manage bookings, answer telephone calls and update the booking system.
- Prepare and serve breakfasts and light refreshments.
- Deliver food and drinks promptly, ensuring excellent table service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the reception and dining areas.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a customer‑facing, reception or front‑of‑house role.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Positive, reliable and team‑focused attitude.
Required skills
- Good IT skills, including experience using Microsoft Office.
