Front of House Receptionist

About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to become the face of a prestigious, high‑end salon in central London. You will be the first point of contact for discerning clients, delivering a seamless and welcoming experience in a luxury environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet clients with warmth, professionalism and discretion.
• Manage appointments, telephone calls and email enquiries efficiently.
• Process payments and support daily administrative operations.
• Drive retail sales through confident product recommendations.
• Maintain an immaculate and organised reception area.
• Support the wider salon team to ensure an exceptional client journey from arrival to departure.

Required profile

• Warm, friendly, personable and full of character.
• Excellent communication and impeccable personal presentation.
• Highly organised, proactive and solutions‑focused.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, client‑centric environment.
• Right to live and work in the UK indefinitely.
• Previous experience in front‑of‑house, reception, hospitality or luxury retail preferred.
