About the role

Join Stonegate Group at Duttons Arms in Blackpool as a Front of House Team Leader. You will lead a vibrant team to deliver an exceptional guest experience in a busy seaside pub.

Key responsibilities

• Work alongside the management team to implement the venue’s vision and standards.
• Maintain smooth day‑to‑day operations, ensuring consistency across service.
• Motivate, coach and schedule front‑of‑house staff to achieve high performance.
• Create a warm, welcoming atmosphere where guests feel valued.
• Oversee cash handling, POS transactions and compliance with alcohol licensing.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a front‑of‑house leadership role within hospitality.
• Minimum age of 18 to legally sell alcohol.
• Strong communication and team‑building abilities.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
