About the role

Join the Front of House team at The Temperance Inn in the heart of Ambleside. As the first smile guests see, you will create a warm, memorable experience from arrival to departure while enjoying live‑in accommodation.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly attitude.
• Take orders, serve food and drinks, and recommend menu items.
• Maintain a clean and inviting front‑of‑house environment.
• Handle cash and POS transactions accurately.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
