Front of House Welcome Host – Luxury Receptionist

About the role

We are looking for an exceptional Front of House Welcome Host to be the face of a prestigious building in central London. You will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors and stakeholders, delivering a seamless, first‑class reception experience in a luxury, customer‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome all visitors, clients and stakeholders with a warm, professional and personalised approach.
• Manage front‑of‑house operations and reception services to the highest standard.
• Ensure smooth arrival and departure experiences, handling enquiries promptly and effectively.
• Build strong relationships with occupiers, internal teams and external partners.
• Anticipate guest needs and resolve requests with a solutions‑focused mindset.
• Maintain immaculate presentation of reception and client‑facing areas.
• Uphold health, safety and security procedures at all times.
• Identify opportunities to continuously enhance the guest experience.

Required profile

• Polished hospitality professional with previous experience in luxury hospitality, boutique hotels, private members’ clubs, premium corporate reception or similar high‑end environments.
• Impeccable personal presentation and professional demeanour.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
• Passion for delivering five‑star service and creating memorable guest experiences.

• Competitive salary of £36,000 per annum.
• 40‑hour week (8 am – 5 pm) with a one‑hour lunch break.
