Front Office Receptionist – Full‑Time

About the role

Join the vibrant Kimpton Clocktower Hotel in Manchester as a Front Office Receptionist. You will be the first point of contact for guests, delivering a warm, authentic welcome and ensuring a seamless stay from check‑in to check‑out.

Key responsibilities

• Check guests in and out, handling any queries or complaints promptly.
• Promote and enrol guests in the IHG One Rewards loyalty programme.
• Provide special experiences for loyal members and enhance overall guest satisfaction.
• Work a flexible 40‑hour week across five rotating shifts.

Required profile

• Availability to work 40 hours per week on a shift‑based schedule.
• Previous experience as a Receptionist, Concierge or Guest Services Agent in a 4‑ or 5‑star hotel is beneficial.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a can‑do attitude.
• Team‑oriented mindset with a drive to produce results.

Required skills

• Confidence using hotel property‑management systems, preferably Opera Cloud.
