About the role
As a Front Office Team Member you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring smooth check‑in and check‑out experiences while delivering the high standards of service expected from Accor.
Key responsibilities
- Register guests efficiently and manage departures, keeping accurate guest accounts.
- Answer all incoming calls via the switchboard in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide helpful information and strive for total customer satisfaction.
- Apply strict security procedures to protect guest confidentiality and safety.
Required profile
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality or another customer‑facing role.
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Strong organisational skills.
- A positive, can‑do attitude.
