Front Office Team Member

About the role

Join the front office team at Ibis London Heathrow Airport and be the first point of contact for guests arriving at one of the busiest airports in the UK. You will deliver smooth check‑in and check‑out experiences while ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued.

Key responsibilities

• Provide efficient guest registration, check‑in and check‑out services.
• Maintain accurate guest accounts and handle reservations with precision.
• Answer incoming calls professionally and route them to the appropriate departments.
• Handle guest requests, concerns and complaints promptly, escalating to the Manager on Duty when necessary.
• Ensure security procedures are followed for room keys, guest data and credit‑card transactions.
• Document guest communications and update hotel accounts with all charges.
• Assist the Food & Beverage department during peak periods.
• Follow fire, evacuation and other safety protocols.

Required profile

• Fluent English communication skills.
• Customer‑focused attitude with a proactive approach to problem solving.
• Ability to work in a high‑energy, fast‑paced environment.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
