About the role

Join the Front Office team at Heythrop Park, a 311‑room Warner Hotels property in the Cotswolds. This part‑time, maternity‑cover position involves preparing guest information, maximising sales opportunities and providing knowledgeable advice on hotel experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain high operational standards across reception and holiday sales, resolving day‑to‑day issues with guidance from senior managers.
• Use and maintain Front Office systems and equipment to ensure a seamless guest journey.
• Provide a visible, welcoming presence in guest‑facing areas, delivering proactive support throughout the stay.
• Uphold health, safety, hygiene and compliance standards, following emergency procedures and completing incident reports.
• Support cost‑efficient operations while promoting hotel experiences to generate revenue.
• Escalate urgent matters promptly and communicate effectively with the wider team.
