Frontend Developer

About the role

This hybrid Frontend Developer position is based in London, requiring three to four days per week on‑site. You will join a leading retail business that designs and sells high‑quality menswear, working within the core software engineering team on both the existing ecommerce platform and future technology initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and enhance the current ecommerce front‑end using modern frameworks.
• Collaborate with product, design and backend teams to deliver new features and improvements.
• Implement responsive, high‑performance UI components with React and TypeScript.
• Participate in the migration to the future technology stack and cloud‑based ecommerce solutions.
• Ensure code quality, accessibility and cross‑browser compatibility.

Required profile

• Proven experience in frontend development, preferably within retail or ecommerce environments.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid model with most of the week in the London office.
• Ability to balance immediate delivery needs with longer‑term architectural goals.
