Frontend Engineer – Inbox Web

About the role

As a Frontend Engineer on the Inbox team, you will develop Proton’s core services such as Mail and Calendar, focusing on creating seamless user experiences for web and mobile applications.

Key responsibilities

• Take end‑to‑end ownership of mobile application development projects, including scoping, planning and delivering features.
• Explore new technologies, methodologies and approaches to web development.
• Design for scalability, considering data caching, network efficiency and performance.
• Collaborate closely with product, design, API and engineering teams.
• Make data‑driven decisions to improve usability.
