Fulfilment Operative

About the role
We are seeking a motivated Fulfilment Operative to join our busy freight and courier hub in Colnbrook. You will play a key part in ensuring orders are processed accurately and shipments leave the warehouse on time.
Key responsibilities
- Pick items from inventory according to order lists and pack them securely for dispatch.
- Manage inventory levels, organise storage locations and keep inventory systems up‑to‑date.
- Inspect incoming goods, coordinate outbound shipments and handle related documentation.
- Support daily inbound and outbound logistics, stock control and act as the first point of contact for customer returns and service issues.
- Scan shipments and maintain accurate records throughout the fulfilment process.
Required profile
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service orientation.
- Experience working in a fulfilment or e‑commerce environment.
Required skills
- Basic PC skills for using inventory and shipping software.
