Full Stack Developer (AWS, TypeScript, AI)

About the role

167 Solutions is looking for a Full Stack Developer to join its AI‑focused team in Bristol. The role involves building cloud‑native applications with TypeScript and AWS, rapidly prototyping AI‑driven features, and collaborating with product, design and data colleagues. Hybrid working is offered.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and ship full‑stack applications using TypeScript.
• Architect, deploy and maintain cloud‑native solutions on AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, S3, DynamoDB, etc.).
• Rapidly prototype ideas and proofs of concept leveraging AI/Generative AI tooling.
• Integrate AI, Generative AI and data‑driven features into products.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand‑ups and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with product, design and data teams to translate requirements into software.
• Communicate progress and demo solutions to stakeholders.
• Write clean, maintainable, well‑tested code and conduct code reviews.
• Continuously explore new tools, frameworks and AI capabilities.
• Own features from concept through production and iteration.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of commercial software development experience.
• Strong full‑stack development skills with TypeScript.
• Solid hands‑on experience with AWS services (Lambda, API Gateway, S3, DynamoDB, etc.).
• Demonstrated ability to rapidly prototype and use AI‑assisted workflows.
• Exposure to AI, Generative AI or data‑focused projects.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
