Full Stack Developer (AWS/TypeScript/AI)

About the role

167 Solutions is looking for a Full Stack Developer to join its AI‑focused team in Bristol. You will work on fast‑moving projects, turning ideas into production‑grade software using TypeScript and AWS while leveraging generative AI tools for rapid prototyping.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and ship full‑stack applications using TypeScript.
• Architect, deploy and maintain cloud‑native solutions on AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, S3, DynamoDB, etc.).
• Rapidly prototype concepts and proofs of concept with AI‑assisted “vibe coding”.
• Integrate AI, generative AI and data‑driven features into products.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies – sprint planning, stand‑ups and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with product, design and data teams to translate requirements into working software.
• Write clean, well‑tested code and contribute to code reviews.
• Continuously explore new tools, frameworks and AI capabilities to improve delivery speed and quality.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of commercial software development experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage stakeholder expectations.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
• Comfortable delivering both production‑grade code and quick proofs of concept.

Required skills

• TypeScript (front‑end and back‑end).
• AWS services – Lambda, API Gateway, S3, DynamoDB.
• AI and generative AI tooling for rapid prototyping.
• Full‑stack development best practices and testing.
