Full Stack Developer – CT Office Incubation Team

About the role

AVEVA’s Chief Technology Office is looking for an early‑career Full Stack Developer to join the CT Office Incubation Team. You will help turn emerging‑technology ideas into working prototypes that showcase Digital Twins, Industrial AI, robotics, simulation and visualization for customers and partners.

Key responsibilities

• Build end‑to‑end prototype solutions, covering UI, APIs, data integration and cloud/edge deployment.
• Implement and test frontend and backend components under guidance, delivering minimum‑viable demos quickly.
• Develop and maintain simple, well‑documented REST APIs and event‑driven integrations for internal and customer‑facing environments.
• Use AI‑assisted coding tools responsibly, validating generated code for correctness, security and IP compliance.
• Improve prototype reliability by fixing bugs, adding basic tests and ensuring reproducibility.
• Apply baseline security best practices such as secrets handling and dependency hygiene.
• Document setup steps, API notes, limitations and assumptions for team reuse.
• Collaborate with product specialists, researchers, solution architects and domain experts, participating in code reviews and feedback loops.
