Full Stack Developer – Hybrid (Remote + London)

About the role

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to join a world‑class development team delivering industry‑leading software. You will work on end‑to‑end features across front‑end and back‑end, using AI‑assisted tools to boost productivity while maintaining high standards of performance and maintainability.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain scalable web applications using NestJS and React.
• Collaborate with product managers, UX designers and engineers to deliver user‑focused solutions.
• Translate business and technical requirements into clean, maintainable code.
• Ensure applications meet performance, reliability and security standards.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and support micro‑service and API design.
• Work within Scrum ceremonies, including planning, refinement and retrospectives.
• Leverage AI‑assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot or Claude Code.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑stack development with modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work in an agile Scrum environment.
• Commitment to engineering excellence, performance and code quality.

What we offer

• Permanent contract with a hybrid model – mostly remote, one day per month in Central London.
• Base salary £65,000‑£70,000 per year plus a £4,000 bonus.
