Full Stack Developer – React, Next.js & Prisma

About the role

We are looking for a passionate Full Stack Developer to join a global charity that supports veterinary specialists worldwide. You will help build and maintain the technology platform that connects teams, services and information to improve animal welfare.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable back‑end services using Prisma ORM and SQL databases.
• Build reusable front‑end components with React and Next.js.
• Create robust RESTful APIs for both user‑facing and admin systems.
• Translate UX/UI wireframes into responsive, accessible interfaces using HTML and CSS.
• Ensure data integrity, security and optimal performance across the platform.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define features, user stories and technical specifications.
• Work independently in a remote‑first environment, delivering clean, maintainable code.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑stack development roles.
• Strong proficiency with React, Next.js and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Solid back‑end experience using Prisma ORM and SQL.
• Experience designing and building RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Git‑based workflows.
• Excellent problem‑solving and debugging abilities.
• Ability to work autonomously and communicate effectively with a remote team.
