Full Stack Developer (React/Python) – Up to £200k + Bonus

About the role

We are seeking a Full Stack Developer to join an elite FinTech firm in London. You will work on high‑performance, data‑intensive systems, delivering fast and intuitive user experiences while supporting robust server‑side applications.

Key responsibilities

• Create front‑end experiences that are fast, responsive, and intuitive for complex web services.
• Build and maintain server‑side applications powering platforms and analytical tools handling large‑scale real‑time data.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate requirements into production‑ready features.
• Write clear, efficient code to ensure long‑term stability and scalability of the codebase.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Proven experience developing production‑grade full‑stack applications using React and Python.
• Interest or experience in trading or FinTech environments (beneficial but not required).
• Strong curiosity for new technologies and best practices.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
