Full Stack Developer – Remote (React, Next.js, Prisma)

About the role

We are looking for a passionate Full Stack Developer to join a global charity that supports veterinary specialists caring for animals in need. This remote‑first position offers the chance to build technology that connects teams, services and vital information worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable backend services using Prisma ORM and SQL databases.
• Build reusable front‑end components with React and Next.js.
• Develop robust RESTful APIs for both user‑facing and admin systems.
• Translate UX/UI wireframes into responsive, accessible interfaces.
• Maintain data integrity, security and overall system performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define features, user stories and technical specifications.
• Work independently within a remote‑first team, delivering high‑quality, maintainable code.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑stack development roles.
• Strong proficiency in React, Next.js and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Solid backend experience with Prisma ORM and SQL databases.
• Experience designing and building RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Git‑based workflows.
• Excellent problem‑solving and debugging abilities.
• Ability to work autonomously and communicate effectively with a remote team.
