Full Stack Engineer

About the role

The Full Stack Software Engineer will develop next‑generation digital products and user experiences, combining modern web technologies with AI‑powered workflows. This role is responsible for delivering web applications, AI‑enabled user interfaces, copilot experiences, and reusable application frameworks that support the organisation’s software portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build modern web applications and intuitive, high‑performance user experiences.
• Create reusable frontend components, libraries, and application frameworks.
• Develop prototypes and proof‑of‑concepts to validate technical approaches and user experience designs.
• Own features throughout the software development lifecycle, from concept and design through to deployment and support.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand user needs and deliver effective solutions.
• Contribute to architectural decisions, technical design discussions, and code reviews.
• Build and maintain APIs, backend services, and integrations that support application functionality.
• Ensure applications meet high standards of quality, performance, security, and maintainability.

Required profile

• Strong programming experience in Python, C# and .NET.
• Proficiency with version control systems and modern CI/CD practices.
• Solid understanding of software architecture, system design and performance optimisation.
• Experience building, testing, deploying and monitoring production software, including data‑driven and distributed systems.
• Familiarity with stream processing technologies such as Apache Kafka.
• Hands‑on experience deploying and operating containerised applications using Docker and Kubernetes.

Required skills

• Frontend development with React or Angular.
• Relational databases such as PostgreSQL or SQL Server.
• Cloud platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure.
