Full Stack Engineer (Java/Kotlin/Python) – VP Level

About the role

Citi is looking for a Vice President‑level Full Stack Engineer to join its Strategic Equity Solutions team in London. You will help design and deliver greenfield services that improve trader workflow tools, working in a highly collaborative, agile environment.

Key responsibilities

• Iteratively design, develop and deploy high‑performance software solutions from concept to production.
• Collaborate with traders, product owners and senior engineers to translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Own the full delivery pipeline, ensuring frequent releases that provide immediate business value.
• Contribute to the re‑engineering of Citi’s Equities technology platform, focusing on performance, resiliency and automation.

Required profile

• Vice President‑level experience in software development within a financial services or technology‑focused environment.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to engage directly with global users and stakeholders.
• Proven ability to work autonomously and make technology decisions in an agile, self‑organising team.
