Full Stack Engineer – Optimisation Software

About the role

We are partnering with a growing technology business that is transforming vehicle logistics through innovative software, optimisation algorithms and machine learning. The role offers the chance to work on industry‑leading route optimisation solutions that have a tangible impact across the automotive sector.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and optimise high‑performance software with a focus on scalability and efficiency.
• Develop and enhance optimisation algorithms and intelligent decision‑making systems.
• Build and maintain backend services using .NET, EF Core or comparable modern backend technologies.
• Contribute to frontend development using JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks such as Angular, React or Vue.
• Support machine learning and optimisation models within production applications.
• Develop and maintain cloud‑hosted applications and services on AWS.
• Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to deliver innovative technical solutions.
• Apply software engineering best practices across architecture, testing, deployment and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Outstanding academic background and/or an impressive career trajectory.
• Strong algorithmic thinking and passion for building high‑performance software.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary engineering team.
• Enjoys tackling technically challenging problems where algorithms and optimisation are central.
