Full Stack Engineer (Python/React.js) – Vietnam

About the role

We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer to join a fast‑growing B2B SaaS scale‑up operating in Ho Chi Minh City. The position is permanent and hybrid (2 days onsite, 3 days remote). You will help shape the product roadmap, influence technical decisions and potentially evolve into a head of development or future CTO role.

Key responsibilities

• Develop end‑to‑end features using Python, Django, PostgreSQL, TypeScript, React and Next.js.
• Translate high‑fidelity Figma designs into responsive, pixel‑perfect applications.
• Design and implement AI pipelines and agentic flows to streamline customer operations.
• Collaborate closely with Product and Design teams to refine requirements and deliver high‑quality releases.
• Maintain and optimise REST APIs, database schemas and overall system performance.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering full‑stack solutions from discovery through deployment.
• Comfortable working independently and making pragmatic technical decisions.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset focused on real‑world customer challenges.
