Full Stack .Net / Angular Developer (1 Year FTC)

About the role

We are seeking a Full Stack .Net / Angular Developer for a one‑year fixed‑term contract with a forward‑thinking public services organisation. The role is based at the head office in Basingstoke, with three days per week on site and the remainder flexible.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain secure, scalable web applications using Angular, TypeScript, ASP.NET Core and Entity Framework.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Contribute to architecture decisions and support DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines.
• Mentor two existing developers, guiding them from legacy technologies to modern web stacks.
• Assist with Azure Service Bus integration and SQL Server optimisation where required.

Required profile

• Significant experience in full‑stack development within a Microsoft technology environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to lead by example on coding standards and best practices.
• Problem‑solving mindset with a focus on reducing technical debt.
