Full Stack .Net Software Developer – up to £45k

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Software Developer to join our growing team in Cowes. You will work across the entire software development lifecycle, designing, building and maintaining high‑quality solutions using C# and modern web technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain complex software applications.
• Design, code, test and release high‑quality solutions.
• Create and review technical specifications and documentation.
• Diagnose and resolve software issues.
• Contribute to technical design, project planning and continuous improvement.
• Support and mentor junior team members.

Required profile

• 3+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in C#, SQL Server, HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience with software design, testing and structured development processes.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for problem‑solving.
• Familiarity with ASP.NET Core, Vue.js or React, Azure DevOps, GitHub, PowerBI or cloud technologies is advantageous.
