Full Stack Product Engineer

About the role

Norton Rose Fulbright is building a new R&D capability to deliver data‑driven and AI‑enabled products for legal services. The Full‑Stack Product Engineer will own the user‑facing applications that enable lawyers and business teams to interact with these innovative solutions, turning complex, document‑heavy workflows into clear, usable experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Own the frontend architecture and user experience for R&D products from prototype to controlled production release.
• Build responsive web applications and internal tools using modern TypeScript, React and Next.js patterns.
• Translate workflow discovery, user feedback and product requirements into simple user journeys and technical delivery plans.
• Develop and integrate application‑specific APIs, leveraging shared AI, data and platform services.
• Deploy, operate and monitor React/Next.js applications in Azure, following approved hosting, configuration, release and health‑check patterns.
• Implement secure authentication, authorisation and data‑access controls with Microsoft Entra ID and Azure services.
• Write maintainable code with unit, integration and end‑to‑end test coverage; use Docker, Git and CI/CD pipelines throughout delivery.
• Build and maintain release processes to support reliable deployment, rollback and continuous improvement.
