Full Stack Software Engineer (London)

About the role

Corgi is building a new kind of insurance carrier powered by AI and modern software. As a Full Stack Software Engineer in our London office, you will collaborate with product, operations and leadership to create and evolve the platforms that run underwriting, claims, finance, compliance and internal tooling.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain both internal tools and customer‑facing applications.
• Build backend services, APIs and cloud infrastructure to support new insurance products.
• Work across the full stack to deliver features quickly while ensuring reliability and scalability.
• Partner with non‑technical teams to automate manual workflows.
• Contribute to technical architecture, engineering standards and the evolving engineering culture.

Required profile

• 2+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong fundamentals and ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast‑moving environments.
• High ownership, bias toward execution and curiosity about solving difficult problems.
• Enjoys close collaboration with operators, domain experts and senior leadership.
