Full Stack Technical Lead

About the role

EveryMatrix is seeking a Full Stack Technical Lead to join its London office. This hybrid role blends hands‑on development with team leadership, architectural ownership, and operational excellence in a fast‑growing iGaming SaaS environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain front‑end (React) and back‑end (Java, Spring Boot) components.
• Lead code reviews, enforce engineering standards, and drive clean‑code practices.
• Define and implement testing strategies (unit, integration, E2E) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of a high‑throughput, event‑driven platform.
• Reduce technical debt through structured improvement initiatives.
• Line‑manage two Full Stack Engineers and mentor the broader team.
• Collaborate with Delivery, Product, QA and other stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Champion DevOps principles, observability, security, and release processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Engineer with architectural responsibility.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• Ability to balance short‑term delivery with long‑term architecture goals.
