About the role
Join Costa Coffee in Southend‑on‑Sea as a full‑time Barista, delivering great coffee and memorable service to our customers.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee, teas, frappes and seasonal drinks to high standards.
- Provide friendly, efficient service and engage with customers.
- Maintain product knowledge of Costa’s menu and promotions.
- Ensure health, safety and cleanliness standards throughout the store.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment.
Required profile
- Passion for coffee and people.
- Positive, can‑do attitude and strong personality.
- Commitment to delivering excellent service.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Hard‑working, able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
