Full-Time Client Advisor (Fixed Term, Oct-Jan) – Bicester

About the role

As a Client Advisor you will work full‑time during the busy Christmas period, delivering a unique shopping experience that reflects AMI’s values. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will engage customers, drive sales and help build lasting loyalty for the brand.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a friendly, smiling attitude and embody AMI’s brand values.
• Understand client needs, suggest relevant products, and encourage cross‑selling.
• Assist customers during fittings, manage alterations and ensure a smooth shopping experience.
• Build long‑term relationships, introduce new clients to the brand and nurture loyalty.
• Handle stock operations: receive goods, record inventory, rotate stock, request restocks and transfers.
• Maintain store presentation, cleanliness and overall visual standards.
• Participate actively in visual merchandising, following VM guidelines and proposing ideas during rotations.

Required profile

• Experience in luxury or designer clothing sales and familiarity with sales techniques.
• Strong interest in fashion, good understanding of luxury market trends.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer‑service skills, dynamic and proactive attitude.
• Fluent English; additional language is an asset.
• Smiling, enthusiastic and able to work well in a team.
