About the role
Join Decathlon UK as a Full‑Time Hiking & Camping Sport Advisor. You will combine your passion for outdoor sports with hands‑on customer service, helping shoppers find the right equipment both in‑store and online.
Key responsibilities
- Provide expert, technical advice on hiking and camping products, drawing on personal sport experience and product training.
- Assist customers across all sales channels, supporting both in‑store visits and online enquiries.
- Manage stock levels, pricing, and merchandising to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
- Collaborate with a team of like‑minded advisors, contributing to a positive, energetic shop floor environment.
Required profile
- A genuine enthusiasm for sport, especially hiking and camping.
- Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
- Team‑player mindset with the flexibility to work busy periods such as weekends and holidays.
